Denkium Lead Manager

Lead Manager · electronica 2026 pilot

Every booth lead gets a researched follow-up. The same day.

Forward a lead by email. Denk returns a 360° review of the company and contact, a one-page brief and a follow-up email ready to send.

For exhibitors and distributors at electronica, Munich, 10–13 November 2026 No new tool. No CRM integration. Just email.

Trade-fair leads lose value every day after the show

Day 1. A stack of scanned badges, business cards and half-legible notes. Sales is still on the stand.

Week 1. Leads sit in the CRM without context. Nobody remembers which project the visitor mentioned.

Week 3. A generic "nice to meet you at electronica" email goes out. Competitors who wrote a specific one already have the meeting.

Research and personalised writing are what make a follow-up land. They are exactly the steps nobody has time for in the week after a fair.

One email in. A researched follow-up out.

01 · You send

One email per lead

Name, company, what was discussed. A photo of the business card or your notes is enough. From your phone, during or after the conversation.

02 · Denk researches

Company, contact, signals, fit

Products, end markets, contact role, recent news and job postings, and which of your vendors and part families match their application.

03 · You receive

Brief and draft, same day

A 360° review, a one-page lead brief and a draft follow-up email in your inbox. Your rep reads, edits and sends.

What the 360° review covers

SectionWhat it answers
Company profileWho they are, what they build, size, sites, end markets, ownership
ContactRole, decision authority, what a person in that role typically needs
SignalsRecent news, product launches, job postings, funding, certifications
Fit and opportunityWhich of your vendors or products match their application, and why
Recommended next stepMeeting, sample, quote or nurture, with a short reason and a lead score

What lands in your inbox

Lead brief

[Company GmbH] · [Name], Head of Hardware

Mid-size industrial automation OEM, [__] employees, HQ [city]. Launched a new drive controller line in [month]. Hiring two power electronics engineers.

Fit: GaN half-bridge stages and isolated gate drivers from your line card match the new controller. Score: High. Next step: propose a 30-minute technical call and sample kit.

Draft follow-up

Subject: Your new drive controller and GaN stages we discussed in Hall [_]

Dear [Name], thank you for stopping by our stand on [day]. You mentioned the switching losses on the [__] kW stage of your new controller. We carry [vendor] GaN half-bridges that several of our automation customers moved to for exactly that reason. Could I send you a sample kit and set up a 30-minute call with our FAE next week?

Best regards, [Sales rep]

Illustrative example. Every brief and draft is built from the visitor's actual conversation notes and your own line card.

Why Denkium

Built for electronics and semiconductor distribution

Domain knowledge. Built by people with 20+ years in EMEA semiconductor distribution. The review reads a lead the way a good FAE or account manager would.

Your line card, not a generic list. We load your vendors and product families before the fair. Fit assessment and drafts name the parts you actually sell.

Human in the loop. Nothing is sent automatically. Your rep reads, edits and sends. Denk removes the research and the blank page, not the judgment.
